Two new offices of Chase Family Movement Disorders Center will open shortly, helping Hartford HealthCare bring services closer to your home.

Planned for an August opening, the new Fairfield County office will be temporarily located at 623 Newfield Ave., Stamford. There, Dr. Leon Meytin, a movement disorders neurologist, will see patients.

In early fall, we will open a new Torrington location at a yet-to-be-determined location. Seeing patients there will be Dr. Jeffrey Lahrmann, a movement disorders neurologist.
